• Before submitting your guestroom reservations at the reservations page, indicate in the SPECIAL REQUESTS box your KERRY KONNEXIONS REWARDS member’s booker account ID to be recognised for reward points accumulation.

You will be credited reward points in your member’s booker account when paid guestroom reservations have materialised. Points for guestroom accommodation are awarded based on the paid guestroom type excluding any service charge, additional package components if applicable, complimentary upgrades or upgrade benefits. In the event of a guestroom upgrade, points awarded are based on initial room category booked.

General

• In the event of a rebate, calculations will be based on final figures after deduction rebates.
• Accumulation of points starts from the date the member’s booker account ID is approved.
• Guestroom reservations will not be eligible for points if the member’s booker account is not provided when booking is made.
